How do you charge for repairs and enhancement projects?

We charge for projects and repairs based on the specific work needed. An estimate is created after reviewing photos of the project or conducting an in-person assessment to ensure accurate pricing. This allows us to provide fair and transparent costs based on the scope and complexity of the job.

Is there a minimum job cost?

Yes. The minimum is $300. *If you are an annual maintenance plan subscriber, the minimum is $240.

Do you charge for estimates?

No. We do not charge to provide estimates. You can simply text or email pictures and information for the needed repairs or improvements to receive an estimate.

Are you licensed and insured?

Yes. Unlike many “handyman” businesses, the owner is a licensed builder in Johnson County, KS, and is insured.

Will I need to supply the materials?

No. We typically supply all needed materials for the job unless it’s a special circumstance.

Are home repairs performed by HomeTASC guaranteed?

Yes. We warranty all repairs for one year from the finished date of the repair.

Is there a markup on materials?

We do charge a 20% markup on materials to cover the time spent going to the store(s) to select the items, fuel cost, and delivery to your house.
